UK top 60 chartered accountants and registered auditors Beever and Struthers has won three new Manchester-based accounts – Arcon Housing, Eastlands Homes and Moss Care – to further strengthen its 300-strong portfolio of housing association clients in the North West.
Arcon Housing – which has more than 1,000 homes throughout the North West – offers a shared ownership schemes and a large number of properties available for ‘affordable rent’ in Greater Manchester.
Eastlands Homes has in excess of 2,800 homes in east Manchester currently undergoing a £45m improvement programme. A further 5,400 Manchester City Council homes were recently transferred to Eastlands and will benefit from a £110mn investment over the next five years.
Mosscare Housing was established in 1973 and now owns and manages around 200 properties in east Manchester and 3,000 properties throughout Greater Manchester.
