SKV has launched and run sustained arts PR campaigns for high-profile visitor attractions, including Urbis, Manchester’s centre for urban culture, and the award-winning science adventure centre Magna, in Rotherham.

SKV also launched Salford’s arts flagship The Lowry in a blaze of national coverage, and now we also handle culture PR campaigns for its exhibitions. Account Director Richard Bond’s award-winning arts PR campaigns have brought the Lowry’s galleries national recognition.

Our experience includes the magical Cirque du Soleil’s shows in Manchester, and the  £10,000 contemporary art Comme Ca prize for artists in the North, devised and launched by SKV in 2003, and for which we produced a documentary broadcast on Granada TV.

We have also launched books and recordings for publishers and record companies, including records by Simply Red and Russell Watson and biographies of football managers Jose Mourinho and Rafa Benitez.
