This week we’ve been working on the launch of Manchester’s newest dining experience – Enxaneta.
Now open on the second floor of King Street restaurant, Tast Cuina Catalana, the Enxaneta concept is named after the Catalan word for the youngest member of a team of ‘Castellers’ who crown a Catalan human castle.
‘Tast’ brings the talent of multi-Michelin star chef Paco Perez – the renowned international patron-chef who holds six Michelin stars at his restaurants in Spain and Germany – together with Pep Guardiola, Txiki Begiristain and Ferran Soriano, who are investors in a personal capacity.
The buzz created by SKV when we launched ‘Tast’ in June 2018 led to reviews in national newspapers The Times, The Guardian, The Telegraph and the Financial Times.
The critically-acclaimed restaurant now features two new tasting menus developed by Paco Perez, in an intimate 16 cover space.
The Tres de Deu menu, meaning ‘three of ten’, will feature 10 courses (priced at £95) while the Tres de Quinze menu, meaning ‘three of fifteen’, will offer 15 courses (priced at £135). Both menus will be freshly prepared daily in Enxaneta’s own independent kitchen on the top floor of the building.
After receiving rave reviews from I Love Manchester, Taste of Manchester and The Creative Tourist – it’s safe to say it’s worth checking out!
